TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Discounts apply to time and mileage charges only on vehicles reserved in advance for rentals at discountable rates up to 28 days at participating locations. 
• Advance reservations required.
• Must present your AMA Physician/Medical Student identification at time of rental.
• Check your auto policy for rental vehicle coverage. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, recovery fees, and optional products and services, including damage waiver.
• Renter must meet Dollar minimum age, driver and credit requirements.
• Some additional charges may apply.
• AMA Program rates are not valid in conjunction with other discount offers and promotions.
• Valid only at participating US and Canada locations. Void where prohibited.
• Pick-up and drop-off service is subject to geographic and other restrictions.
• Reservation must include the corporate discount (CDP) number.
