The location I am due to return my vehicle is closed. Can I return my rental to another location?
Customers who were originally scheduled to return their rental to a storm-affected city may return it to another Thrifty location within 100 miles/160 kilometers at no extra charge.
I prepaid for my rental, and my flight has now been canceled due to the weather. Can I get a refund?
Contact our Customer Care team to cancel your reservation and begin the refund process. Please note the refund will take up to 10 business days to process.
I guaranteed my rental with a credit card. How do I ensure the cancelation fee is not charged?
Contact our Customer Care team and advise your customer service representative of the reason (flight canceled or road closures) for cancelation. The team will ensure the guarantee charge is not applied.
